Emilios Koufos is a specialist taping physiotherapist in Greece with numerous speeches and training seminars given in Greece and abroad.

Emilios Koufos has worked for many years in the field of sports and general rehabilitation. He has been a physiotherapist for many years in numerous national teams (Cyprus Men’s National Basketball Team 1998-2002, Greek and Cypriot National Basketball Team, National Cycling Team etc.), in teams of A1 Basketball League (Papagou A.C., Aris Cholargou - Papagou - Women’s Basketball Team) and of A1 Women’s Volleyball Teams.

In last years he has developed his own taping method named ‘’Combination Taping’’ and holds a patent by IPO (Industrial Property Organization) titled «Double Taping Techniques» with record number 232/20014-20015 and with international classification «INT.CL. A61F13/02» (International Patent Classification).
He is the author of the book «Athletic and Therapeutic Taping» with 350 pages and about 150 techniques with 800 pieces of photographic material.

. Also he is the author of a second book entitled «Combination Taping» with over 200 videos of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and tape application in real patients.
Finally, a very important part of his life has been devoted to the orthotic rehabilitation and correction of musculoskeletal injuries, constructing orthotic and orthopedic products and devices.
